Qualify for this fall bonus by submitting employer group cases with applications totaling a minimum of $1,500 paid annualized premium per case, received between September 1, 2020 and November 30, 2020, and issued and paid by January 31, 2021.*
For your 1st and 2nd qualifying employer groups, you will receive a 4% bonus on your qualified paid annualized premium!
For your 3rd and 4th qualifying employer groups, we will increase the bonus on your qualified paid annualized premium to 6%!!
For your 5th qualifying employer group and beyond, we will further increase the bonus on your qualified paid annualized premium to 8%!!!
New qualifying business on existing employer groups is also eligible for the bonus.
* Additional Qualifications:
Illinois Mutual determines final bonus recipients. Only writing agents not under an MGA (managing general agency) are eligible. You must have active agent status as defined by Illinois Mutual to receive the bonus.
A maximum of $10,000 in annualized premium credited per case for this bonus.
For your 5th qualifying employer group and beyond, we will further increase the bonus on your qualified paid annualized premium to 8%!!!
